Dressage

Training

Dressage lessons: Held all Year.
Group lessons:
Time: - 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month 5pm - 6pm and 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month 11am - 12noon.
Trainer: Mrs. J L O'Callaghan (HND, ABRS ITA)
Cost:
Non Members/Bronze Members = £28
Silver Members = £25.20
Gold Members = £16

To Book: Telephone Lanquestrian Ltd. on 07767 831095. (You must pre-book. Maximum 8 riders. If These lessons are filled then we will put on additional lessons at different times).

Private lessons can be arranged on your horse or ours, please contact us to arrange a suitable time. Occasionally Clinics with visiting Dressage trainers are held.

Unaffiliated Competition

We are hoping to restart our Unaffiliated Dressage on every 2nd Thursday of the month 4pm - 9pm in spring 2008 when hopefully we will have the indoor arena finished . Entries close 1 week before. Times available by phone the Monday before between 8pm and 10pm, they are also posted on the website from 10pm on this day.

Affiliated Competition

We have been in contact with British Dressage regarding hosting affiliated competitions, once we have the facilities finished and the unaffiliated competitions are in full swing we will be hosting British Dressage Affiliated competitions.

Once the Indoor arena is finished we will also be hosting Trailblazers Dressage qualifiers.

Please keep an eye out for details on this site and as advertised in The Farmers Guardian.

Lanquestrian Riding Club Dressage

Lanquestrian Riding Club - Competition and Training as above at reduced rates for members.

The LQRC will have a Dressage League for the year and will run on a points basis with e members being able to acumulate points at any unafilliated competition. The member with the highest points will win the trophy and a prize (to be advertised)at the end of 2008.

Points:
1st = 7 points
2nd = 6 points
3rd = 5 points
4th = 4 points
5th = 3 points
6th = 2 points
Any other entrant = 1 point (they must actually compete in the test to get the points)

Points can only be accumulated by current members and cannot be back dated.

We are currently trying to secure some sponsorship for prizes for the dressage league, if anyone can help please let us know. Watch this space!
