LIVERY AT LANQUESTRIAN IS DIFFERENT!!!
*** LIVERY WITH INDIVIDUAL STABLES & TURNOUT ***
Have you ever dreamed of having your own stables?
Well at Lanquestrian having a stable is like having your own yard without the expense. We offer DIY Livery on small individual yards. All stables are new as of autumn 2006 and measure 12 x 12 . There are 2 stables in each block each with its own 6' x 5 store room for feed, hay, bedding, tools and tack. For each horse you have we will provide 1 acre of turnout for most of the year which has safe fencing and access to water. Lighting is also available in each stable complex. If you have just 1 horse or pony then you will have just 1 stable and store room and will probably only share your yard with 1 other livery, however if you do not want to do this there is always the option of renting both stables. If you wish to have a bigger yard then we can join two units together and change the fencing arrangements to suit. If you have just your own equines or wish to share stables with your friends, its up to you, we will tailor our paddocks and stables to your needs! We regret No Stallions will be allowed on livery at Lanquestrian Ltd. due to the close proximity of the farm ride, however stallions will be permitted at shows and are permitted to hire the facilities. For welfare and security we do late night and early morning checks, as well as there being staff on site at all other times. The Gates are locked at 10pm every night (* facilities & services will be available as and when any building works are completed)
HOWEVER, DO YOU still require all the facilities a big yard has to offer?
As a livery at Lanquestrian you will automatically receive:

*Free use of the Gymnastic Jumping Lane set up with a grid of jumps

They are not however allowed to run loose on the farm ride as horses may at times use this for jumping and at speed. Please report at the yard office when going out and on your return also detailing where you intend to go and how long you intend to be. If you do not do this we will not know if you are having a problem on your hack and will take longer to respond to your aid. Alternatively you could use your yard message board that is situated by your yard gate to record this information, but this will mean you will have to be noticed as missing before we look for you. 42. You are strongly advised to wear a reflective fluorescent item at all times when hacking out.(yellow is best). 43. Riding, lunging, driving or any other mounted activity is prohibited in grazing areas. Horses and ponies must only be worked in designated areas.
