We are very easy to access from road, rail and sea links, we are approximately1 mile from Heysham and The Port Of Heysham ferry links to the Isle of Mann and Ireland,, 4 miles from Morecambe and 5 miles from Lancaster and M6 Junction 34. Lancaster is on the West Coast main train line and there are also rail links to Morecambe and occasionally Heysham.

Please plan your journey via Downeyfield Road if coming by car otherwise you will be taken into Overton on the Lancaster Road and will have to come back out on the Middleton Road. If coming with horses on board come via Heysham then Middleton to avoid the back roads which have lots of bends and hills!

From the North...
Exit M6 junction 35a for Carnforth. At the roundabout follow the A6 for Carnforth. Follow the A6 straight through Carnforth and Bolton-Le-Sands and turn right at the next lights onto the A5105 for Morecambe. Keep on this road straight through to Heysham until you get to the roundabout where the A5105 meets the A683. Go straight across for Middleton and Overton. Proceed on this road, when you have passed through Middleton you will head towards Overton, past the tennis courts and football pitch which will be on your right, then the road turns to the right and you will be on a straight stretch of road with a long layby, when you reach the end of the layby you will get to a left bend, indicate right just before you turn the corner and Lanquestrian Ltd is about 100m on the right on the village border of Overton. We have a white sign post with a small black horse and rider and black sign at the top.
From the South
Exit M6 junction 34 for Lancaster North & Morecambe. When you come off the motorway turn right at the traffic lights and when you get to the one way system in Lancaster follow for Morecambe & Heysham. At the first roundabout keep straight ahead heading for Morecambe and Heysham Harbour at the next roundabout turn left for Heysham Harbour. You are now on the Heysham Bypass. Go straight across at the Traffic Lights and the Wickes Roundabout and...
...if you are travelling by car at the next roundabout turn left for Overton. Stay on this road, not turning for Overton again until you have to stop at a T-junction. Turn left for Overton here and there will be a long straight stretch of road with a layby the whole length of it, at the end of this layby indicate right and the road will bend to the left, Lanquestrian Ltd. is approximately 100m after this bend on the right. We have a white sign post with a small black horse and rider and black sign at the top.
...If you are travelling with horses on a lorry or by trailer please for a smoother journey for the horses (but 2 mile longer journey) keep on the Heysham Bypass by going straight on at the small roundabout and again straight on at the larger roundabout (which is for the new waste recycling plant), at the next roundabout turn left for Middleton and Overton. Proceed on this road and through Middleton, coming out of Middleton you will pass The Old Rooftree Inn (which is now sadly closed and boarded up) and go round a series of sharpe bends before a lo ng straight stretch of road with a layby the whole length of it, at the end of this layby indicate right and the road will bend to the left, Lanquestrian Ltd. is approximately 100m after this bend on the right. We have a white sign post with a small black horse and rider and black sign at the top. The entrance is purposely wide to accomodate lorries turning with two posts at the edge of the gateway.
Proceed up the drive, for the showground please follow the sign onto the field shutting the gates after you have gone through, for all other visits please go through the black gate on the drive with the sign for Waitham Barn Farm and drive up to the next field where you will find the carpark.
